State employees who use the parking garage west of the capitol building are being reminded to report any suspicious activity following an incident Tuesday afternoon.

Troopers with the Wyoming Highway Patrol Capitol Protective Services Division responded to the parking garage around 1 p.m., after receiving multiple calls about a shirtless man acting strangely.

The man, who was not identified, was taken into custody.

The Patrol says the event was an isolated incident and there is no continued threat to state employees or the public.

Troopers will continue to patrol the parking garage and are planning to increase patrols in the area.
