It seems that developer David Hatch's poker hand is wearing thin in his quest to find parking for potential new tenants for the Hynds building. What should he do now?

Developer David Hatch has tried many different options to install parking areas, in order to fill the deserted Hynds building.

Hatch has unsuccessfully tried to buy the building north of the Hynds in an attempt to force Phoenix Books and T&R Sports Cards to relocate.

When that failed, he also tried to buy the property that houses the new Flippers and the Himalayan Cafe, in order to secure a deal to make way for parking.

On the back end of those failed attempts, he now turns, once again, to the owners of the 'hole' downtown to try and get them to sell.

It seems that other leaders within the community are pointing the finger of blame at the Children's Museum of Cheyenne, as to whether the Hynds building succeeds or fails, in leaning on them to sell their property.

So, what should Mr. Hatch do? Build his own sky bridge? Find another place to park his tenants? Or sell the Hynds building altogether, thus allowing another developer to make it happen?
