Ray Manzarek died last Monday, May 20, at age 74 of bile duct cancer so we're featuring the keyboardist and The Doors debut in 1967 for our 'Album Side Sunday' beginning at 8 a.m.

Congratulations! Cheyenne East High Girl’s Soccer Team Takes State Title
Congratulations to the Cheyenne East High School Girl's Soccer team on taking the Class 4A State Soccer Championship last weekend.
It came down to a 5-4 shootout win over cross-town rivals Cheyenne Central on Saturday, May 18, and the Lady Thunderbirds take the crown, their first state championship since 2002.
And good job by the Lady Indians coming in second place.
Spaghetti Feed Fundraiser: Help Send South High Wrestler on International Trip
Did you know you can enjoy a spaghetti dinner and help a local wrestler go on an international trip all at the same time?
This Saturday, May 25, a Spaghetti Feed Fundraiser will be held at the Eagles Lodge, 1600 Thomes Avenue, from 3 to 8 p.m. to help raise money for South High School wrestler Daniel Hammond to take an international wrestling trip.

Yo La Tengo play at the Boulder Theater on Tuesday, May 21, at 8:30 p.m., doors open at 7 tonight. Tickets are $25 the day of the show.

Model Railroad Show in Frontier Park Part of Cheyenne Depot Days
Do you love model trains?
The Annual Sherman Hill Model Railroad Show will be set up at the Frontier Park Exhibition Hall Saturday, May 18, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, May 19, 9:30 a.m. until 4 p.m.
The model railroad show is part of the Cheyenne Depot Days in downtown and can be included in your ticket price.

This Saturday, May 18, is the Cheyenne and Laramie County Tire & Battery Collection Day from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Transfer Station, 220 North College Drive.
