Where there are a lot of people, there is going to be action. Walmart has been known for people wearing outlandish outfits. But people have done some pretty outlandish things too.

Here are some actual accounts of people who have done stupid things, while shopping or walking around the biggest retail store in the entire world. You just can't make this stuff up.

  1. Fireworks - Yes, a man in Gainesville, Florida, who had allegedly been smoking synthetic marijuana, decided to celebrate Independence Day, while inside a local Walmart store. He lit off a bunch of fireworks while inside the store. I can think of some better things to do with your cigarette lighter, and that's not one of them.
  2. Killing A Goose - A report came about that a Canadian man decided to shoot a goose, with a bow and arrow, in the parking lot of a local Walmart. It might have been more legal to buy a bird inside the store. That's if he would have settled for chicken rather than a goose.
  3. Scooter Mama - A woman, who was caught on surveillance camera, was caught toting a big screen t.v., behind store scooter in Walmart. Evidently, she got away with it, because police were still searching for the subject.
  4. Hand Shooter - Here in Cheyenne, a man was being unsafe when he fired off his sidearm, thus 'nicking' his hand inside Walmart. Be sure to keep this guy out of the Sporting Good section. Of course, it may have been his own hand gun.
  5. Waffle Iron Riot - Who could ever forget the infamous 'Waffle Iron' riots? We're talking about a video showing butt cracks and back slaps. People going nuts over waffle irons. It's not like they're Cabbage Patch kids or something. Never thought I would see people lose their mind over a waffle iron in Walmart.

There have been other reports of people getting stuck to the toilet seat in the restroom to one woman cooking up meth in the changing room. The stories never seem to end.

What stupid or strange things have you seen at your local Walmart? You just might be too embarrassed to share here. But if you have a story, we'd love to hear about it.
