As of 4:30 a.m. On Feb. 5, dangerously high winds were causing travel restrictions for parts of Interstate 80 and Interstate 25 in southeast Wyoming.

I-25 was closed to light, high profile vehicles all the way from the Colorado state line to exit 126, north of Glendo, according to WYDOT.

The same restrictions were also in effect for Interstate 80 from Cheyenne to Walcott Junction. In both cases, an ''extreme blow over risk" warning had also been posted for those areas.

The blow over risk warning on Interstate 25 was extended all the way to the Nebraska state line.
