Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Dale Steenbergen says he is expecting a turnout of roughly 15.000 people for this year's Cheyenne Christmas Parade.

Steenbergen says he is expecting "well over 100" entries for this year's event. He adds it's not too late to get a float in the parade, adding anyone interested in doing so should contact the chamber as soon as possible. Steenbergen says one new entry this year is a "new Santa's sleigh that we got directly from the North Pole".

He also says people are needed to serve as parade marshals the day of the parade as well as people to hang up signs next week in advance of the event. Steenbergen says anyone who can help should call the chamber at 638-3388.

This year's parade is scheduled for November 30th at 5:30 along the regular Cheyenne p

arade route.
