Support and Help Feed Cheyenne’s Military

You hear it all the time and see it everywhere “Support our troops” and that is something almost all of us can agree on, get behind and support. But sometimes one wonders how or what they can do to Support our Troops.

KING-FM has teamed up with Midas and SpeeDee of Cheyenne to do just that - “Support Our Troops” and its a great way for you to show support!

For every oil change done by them from now till Nov 20th they will donate $5 to help fund the 4th annual Free Military Appreciation Thanksgiving Dinner At the Masonic Hall.

Our goal is to get 2000 oil changes to generate $10,000! This was started 4 years ago in 2009 by Glen Chavez of Glen’s Barber Shop and to date has served almost 10,000 Thanksgiving meals to our military men and women and their families. This dinner creates a fun home like atmosphere for or active men and women who defend us and America’s freedom.

So join all of us here at KING-FM, and the men and women of Midas and SpeeDee and have your oil changed by the pros! And lets show our local military men and women here in Cheyenne that we appreciate all they do and sacrifice to keep America safe and free.
