BASE jump

Dean Potter base jumped from a cliff in Switzerland in a wingsuit . . . with his DOG strapped to his back. Is this animal cruelty?

I've always wanted to fly, and try a Wing Suit flight, but after seeing this, I don't know that I would have what it takes to make that 1st step. The adrenaline rush would be fun, but the fear would likely leave me standing on the top of the mountain...
