Congratulations! Cheyenne East High Girl’s Soccer Team Takes State Title

Congratulations to the Cheyenne East High School Girl's Soccer team on taking the Class 4A State Soccer Championship last weekend.

It came down to a 5-4 shootout win over cross-town rivals Cheyenne Central on Saturday, May 18, and the Lady Thunderbirds take the crown, their first state championship since 2002.

And good job by the Lady Indians coming in second place.

East High School Girls Headed to Championship Game Against Gillette

Congratulations to the East High Lady T-Birds on making it to the championship game!

At the State High School Basketball Tournament in Casper Friday, March 8, the girl's from East High School in Cheyenne defeated Sheridan 54-39. The Lady Thunderbirds will now face Gillette for the State High School Basketball Championship on Saturday, March 9, in the Casper Events Center with the tip off around 5 p.m.

Cheyenne East High Theatre Presents ‘The Haunting of Hill House’ This Weekend

Cheyenne's East High School will be haunted this weekend.

The East High Theatre Department presents 'The Haunting of Hill House' at 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, November 8 to 10, and 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 11.

Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students, children and seniors. Performances will be held in the East High School Performance Hall, 2800 East Pershing Blvd.

The show was adapted for the stage by F. Andrew Leslie based on the 1959 novel by Shirley Jackson.
