An Associated Press analysis finds that in Wyoming and six other states, the vast majority of counties where fracking is used are also suffering from drought. Doug Randall has the details. Trevor T. Free Severe Weather Spotter Training at LCCC Tuesday, May 7

Free Severe Weather spotter training will be offered to the public at Laramie County Community College on Tuesday, May 7, at 6:30 p.m. The training, designed for basic severe weather spotting concepts, will be held in the Center for Conference and Institutes (CCI) Building, Room 130. Doors open at 6 p.m.

LCCC Presents 'A Musical Monument for Gettysburg' Tonight at Civic Center

This year marks the 150th anniversary of the battle of Gettysburg in Pennsylvania, the site where President Abraham Lincoln delivered his famous address.

Tonight, April 23, the Laramie County Community College Wind Symphony presents 'A Musical Monument for Gettysburg' for free at the Cheyenne Civic Center beginning at 7 p.m. Donations will be accepted for the COMEA House.

LCCC To Request $20 Million For Buildings

Have you always wanted to act and sing up on stage?

Here's your chance, auditions are being held for 'The Lunch Box Lady Musical' at the Laramie County Community College playhouse from 4 until 7 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 11 and 12.

Children from kindergarten to 7th grade, teenagers and adults are encouraged to audition. The director, Christi Mitchell, says those who audition need only to show up. Auditions will include reading scenes from the musical and singing.

Have you been to a show at the LCCC Playhouse?

The intimate theater is a great place to view local talent up close and personal.

This is the opening night of the Laramie County Community College's Theatre Department's latest production 'Mere Mortals and Other Plays.' Recommended for mature audiences only.

The show runs April 12 through the 15th and next weekend on April 20 and 21st. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. and at 2 p.m. for the Sunday matinee.
