			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In 1999, a man found a disposable camera on the ground at a David Lee Roth concert in Austin, Texas. He forgot about the camera until a couple years later when he spotted it in a pile of his stuff.</p>
<p>He developed the pictures on a whim and discovered, much to his delight, the camera's previous owner had taken a bunch of shots of himself and his friends pre-gaming for the David Lee Roth concert.</p>
