According to the annual Hot Wheels report from the National Insurance Crime Bureau, full sized Ford pickup trucks are the most commonly stolen vehicles here in Wyoming.

The annual report cites data from law enforcement agencies across the country to determine the most popular makes and models among car thieves. Compared to national averages, car theft rates are very low in Wyoming, and trucks are the most likely to be stolen. Based on statistics from 2014, here are the top 10 auto theft targets in the Cowboy State, along with most common year for each stolen vehicle.

3. 2006 Dodge Pickup (18)
4. 1998 GMC Pickup (16)

Nationwide, the most commonly stolen vehicle is the Honda Accord, followed by the Honda Civic, Ford Pickup, Chevrolet Pickup, Toyota Camry, Dodge Pickup, Dodge Caravan, Nissan Altima, Acura Integra, and Nissan Maxima.
