2. 2115 Road 237 A, Cheyenne, WY - $775,000

Sounds awful expensive for a 1,600 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that was built in 1916. However, it sits on a 440 acre ranch with a large horse barn and cattle holding facility. The property also features a private pond and is located near I-25 at the end of a secluded road.

3. 802 Sterling Drive, Cheyenne, WY - $649,000

This 5,381 square foot home is the biggest on our list. It has 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, along with a newly remodeled kitchen, office, two fireplaces and a walk out basement.

4. 2448 Sweetwater Trail, Cheyenne, WY - $599,900

5. 314 West 7th Avenue, Cheyenne, WY - $595,000
