The Sweathogs from Welcome Back Kotter will reunite next month at the 2011 TV Land Awards.

The show ran from 1975 to 1979 and gave John Travolta his big break. The cast will receive the 35th Anniversary award.

Gabe Kaplan played Mr. Kotter, the teacher of a group of under achievers, Travolta was Vinny Barbarino and the other Sweathogs were Arnold Horshack portrayed by Ron Palillo, Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs as Freddie "Boom Boom" Washington and Robert Hegyes was the Puerto Rican Jew Epstein.

Other honorees at next month's TV Land Awards include Regis Philbin getting the Legend Award, Family Ties will be recognized with the Fan Favorite Award and The Cosby Show will pickup the Impact Award.

The show will air on Sunday, April 17th, on TV Land.
