While saving a bus-load of nuns and orphans from going over a cliff into an open volcano flaming lava, I jacked up my knee. At least, that's how it felt.

Still new to town, I hadn't settled on a doctor yet. So it was off to urgent care, where I found a great doctor who left a safe private practice behind for a better challenge and a chance to make a difference. Too bad, he's really great. I don't see them often, but a good doctor is hard to find.

It got me thinking. Here's to people who choose their own course and do it well. It was a shot in the ass, a few meds and 24 hours later, I am doing great. Thanks, doc.
