Kate Miller & Jude stopped by to say love is on sale, and its legal. This week at the Cheyenne Animal Shelter, adoption fees for adult small breed dogs and all cats have been reduced. All adult small breed dogs are available for a $25 adoption fee, and adult felines are available for only $2.50, kittens for $3.25 and senior felines adoption fees have been waived.

Cats wonder why they are at bargain basement prices while dogs are allegedly worth more. But they worry more that you don't have enough love in your life.
