Today Is “Fat Tuesday,” So Where’s The Cajun Food?

In the spirit of Mardi Gras, or if you will, "Fat Tuesday," I wanted to find a place to take my husband out for dinner that has Cajun food, but where to find it in Cheyenne?

He loves his creole, jambalaya and other foods that are Cajun influenced. I thought since today is "Fat Tuesday," and tomorrow is "Ash Wednesday," I thought I'd treat him since it's going to be awhile before he or I get a chance to indulge.

Aside from maybe running to the store for a box of Zateran's and some Andouille sausage, I really don't know of any Cajun places in the Cheyenne area; do you have any suggestions?

Seeing as though today is the day we're to "eat drink and be merry" 'cause tomorrow we're going to diet our oversized fannies off... what food would be the hardest for you to give up?
