I quit drinking this year, but I was an expert of waking up with no hangover when I still drank. So here's my Top Ten. Drum roll Sparky:

.) Drink plenty of water, while drinking afterwards and when you go to bed, not pass out. Alcohol is a diuretic, which means you lose a lot of water after a night of drinking.

.) Hair Of The Dog, not just a Nazareth song. Some say it works. Bloody Mary morning after. The tomato juice in a Bloody Mary is high in fructose, which will help your body metabolize last night’s alcoholic cocktails faster.

.) Sweat It Out, Exercise increases circulation, which speeds toxins from cells and tissues. But don’t push yourself too hard. Strenuous exercise may dehydrate you further and make you feel worse.

.) Aspirin or painkillers? Take Ibuprofen -  Avoid acetaminophen, found in over-the-counter medications such as Tylenol, because it can be tough on the liver.

.) Have sex,  I really don't recommend this. but have it your way - With your beer goggles no longer working, he might not look as hot as he did last night. But the best help for your hangover could be next to you.

.) Take your vitamins: Alcohol depletes your stores of vitamins A, B (especially B6) and C, which can intensify hangover symptoms.

.) Sip Skullcap Tea. The skullcap herb, used to ease withdrawal from tobacco and alcohol, may help reduce hangover symptoms.

.) Eat Healthy, Resist the urge to head toward the drive-through for a Mc-anything.
An easily digestible menu of fruit, toast or a muffin. Wash it down with green tea, a fruit smoothie or fresh carrot juice.

.) Sleep it off

.) My best advice, don't drink! You won't have to worry about your throbbing brain.
