Tornado Forms To The Southwest Of Cheyenne

Taken from 5th floor of the ANB building in downtown Cheyenne looking Southwest.

Siren went off for a few minutes and we all hit the basement of the ANB building until we got the all clear sign. All that bottom in the picture had to do was spin towards the ground and there would be a tornado on the ground near Cheyenne. Thank God it didn't.
