The NASCAR season kicked off Sunday with a history making Daytona 500. Trevor Bayne picked up his first Sprint Cup victory and became the youngest driver ever to win The Great American Race.

Bayne celebrated his 20th birthday on Saturday and then drove the Wood Brother's car #21 to Victory Lane on Sunday. A decal on his car honored David Pearson who also took the checkered flag in the #21 for the Wood Brother's in 1976. Pearson is part of the 2011 class in the NASCAR Hall Of Fame.

So the youth behind the wheel are not all bad drivers.
