Science is cool… or in this case, flaming hot! For all the kids out there that think science is boring, think again.
Without getting too technical, a couple of Danish (people from Denmark) physicists and chemists developed a new version of the Ruben’s Tube, which is a device for measuring sound waves using fire. This new 2D version of the tube has 2500 holes and makes it extremely nifty to watch the effects music makes on the flames.
I can just see your local rave club lit up with these all over.
