'Down The Wyoming Trail' is a 1939 cult classic western. While most of the filming was done on a set in California, there are several scenes of Wyoming, specifically the Jackson Hole area.

The film stars Tex Ritter, who arrives on a ranch for a Christmas Eve party with the job of being Santa Claus. Trouble ensues when another man also dressed as Santa robs and kills a man. Tex is immediately arrested and charged for a crime he did not commit.

Bobby Larsen, Horace Murphy, and Mary Brodel also star in this 56-minute long film.
