What Would You Do With The Cole Shopping Center? [POLL]

Now that the Cole Shopping Center is officially on the market, it will be interesting to see what happens to the property.

Retail outlets across the country face an uncertain future and it's difficult to imagine many stores or restaurants that could succeed in the space. Perhaps, developers will borrow a page from Promenade Shops at Centerra in Loveland and attempt to create a new "lifestyle center" concept.

Maybe they could lure a wholesale store like Costco or a large sporting goods outfitter like Scheels or Cabella's. Or maybe, they should convert the space into housing.

What would you do if you had the money to buy it?
