FoCoMX celebrates its 10th anniversary this month. The 2018 lineup features over 300 performers including some hilarious band names. Here are a few of our favorites.

Charlie Brown Sweater Face - Described as "gospel tuba funk", the three-piece band will lay down the boogie with an eclectic blend of blues and soul Friday the 27th at Moe's Original BBQ.

Coop and The Chicken Pluckers - Rockabilly goes hillbilly when this bluegrass group takes the stage at the Colorado Room. Mixing deep-fried R+B covers with originals, their show also features a clog dance.

Squintin' Tarantino - The house band from Hodi's Monday night funk jam is like a local all-star lineup, with a changing ensemble of genre-bending musicians playing jazz-infused rock covers at Scrumpy's Hard Cider Bar on Saturday the 28th.

The Swashbuckling Doctors - One of the best ska bands on the front range, the Swash Bucs are an 11-piece collective with songs inspired by pirates, vikings, and zombies. They'll be skankin' it up at Odell Brewing Company on Saturday the 28th.

Twirling Zucchinis - One of several side projects from Saxophone virtuoso Andrew Vogt, the self-described "polka-gypsy" jazz trio will perform at the High Point Bar on Friday the 27th.

There's An Ape For That - No list of the best FoCoMX band names would be complete without a DJ in a gorilla suit. The poetic primate will be spinning vinyl at the East Coast on Saturday the 28th.

Now's it your turn. What is your favorite band name from this year's festival?
