Did you put up Halloween decorations this year?

Where do you think the best decorations for Halloween are this year in Cheyenne? I've been seeing a lot of spooky houses popping up all around town.

Each year, it's hard to tell whether more people decorate for Halloween or for Christmas. One thing for sure, there are a bunch of creative individuals around Cheyenne who come up with some fantastic and fun to look at decorations.

Some friends of ours who live on 20th Street, near the Weiderspahn-Radomsky funeral home, have a full-sized Frankenstein monster and home-made life-sized creepy trees. All these spooky decorations are like a beacon of light attracting trick or treaters to your door.

Also very festive at this time of year are all the pumpkin patches. Grant Farms has theirs on E. Lincolnway near Converse and in downtown Cheyenne, there is the annual pumpkin patch used as a fundraiser at the First United Methodist Church, 18th and Central.
