Why Wyoming’s Capital Is Close To Colorado [VIDEO REBUTTAL]

Simply put, the gentleman in the above video wants to convince us that the real reason Wyoming's capital is located so close to the Colorado boarder, is so that the people of Wyoming can escape the vast nothingness more easily.

This does not make any sense. The capital can be anywhere in the state and people would have to travel just as from from where they live to get to the boarder. So, clearly, that is not why Wyoming's capital is so close to the Colorado boarder.

Rather, the opposite is true. In the video below I explain the actual reason the state of Wyoming located it's capital so close to Colorado. Spoiler alert, it is the opposite of what the guy above thinks.
