Here are the first four things you should do, right after you change into unsoiled underwear . .

Your chances of winning tonight's multi-state $450 million Powerball jackpot are 1 in 290 million.  But I'm all about keeping hope alive.

So when you do win the sixth largest jackpot in history (latest value is $450 million and rising) with a $275 million cash payout. Odds are 1 in 292 million, but what the heck, somebody is going to win it, eventually so...

Here are the first four things you should do, right after you change into unsoiled underwear . . .

Not that it'll happen, but here's what to do if you win the Powerball jackpot:

1. Sign the back of the ticket . . .

2. Resist the urge to tell everyone . . .

3. Hire a money management team before you even claim the money . . . and

4. Don't start buying stuff... yet. 44 percent of lottery winners blow through their entire winnings within five years.  But that's mostly if you win something like a million bucks.  It's kind of hard to blow through $450 million.

And here's one more we added:  Quit your friggin' job already.  You know those people who win the lottery and don't quit their jobs?  Everyone hates those people.

If you’re pooling your money in an office pool. Set the rules and stick to them. “Hey, I’ll get you the money later" could get very sticky when you win millions to split with your coworkers.

Will we get a Wyoming winner? Well, Pennsylvania has had the most winners with 16, and Indiana has had 11. So a Wyoming winner? Yes, and I've got it.
