PRODUCE PERIODS OF SNOW THROUGH WEDNESDAY. TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS OF
15 TO 20 INCHES OF SNOW ARE LIKELY FOR THE SNOWY AND SIERRA MADRE
RANGES BEFORE THE SNOW ENDS LATE WEDNESDAY. MOST OF THE SNOW

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTHEAST WINDS BEHIND THE FRONT OF 15 TO 25
  MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH IS POSSIBLE...CREATING AREAS OF BLOWING
  SNOW AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES TO A HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY TO TRAVEL. COMMUTERS ON INTERSTATE 25 FROM THE
