The Cheyenne Depot Plaza will be jumping as we go into the final weekend of Spring. The Wyoming Brewers Festival, sponsored by Midas, will let you sample the best of what Wyoming craft brewers have been working on. We'll be there for the kickoff tonight starting at 5 with festivities running up until 11 tonight. Then repeat again tomorrow night. Tickets $40. BREWFEST

Tonight also features Fridays On The Plaza entertainment sharing the beer, food and free music of Guild Of Ages at The Depot Plaza.

While you're there, check out the just opened new Cheyenne Brewing Company in The Depot, where Shadows used to be. While the festival will feature great Wyoming beers, some of the best is already there, steps away inside The Depot.

They have been working very hard to bring you great new craft beer and an excellent menu that serves a number of delicious items, but even the simple things like their hot wings are amazing. They are big and meaty (the Arnold Schwarzenegger of wings) and done to perfection. I found out they're baked, breaded, rested breaded again and then fried to a just right deliciousness that will blow you away.

Their cheese sticks are unlike any you've had. Mine were big, had real jalapeno and a crispy coating that reminded me more of a tempura than the standard fare you get everywhere else. Delicious. Quality ingredients, creative play and a fantastic outcome. Win!
