A new study measured the fastest- and slowest growing cities across the country.

With Amazon dangling the possibility of a second headquarters, every city seems to be fighting tooth and nail to prove why it deserves to be its second home. Take this with a grain of salt, but one city in Georgia says they will even rename their city and forever be known as Amazon if they win. I think it's a step up from Stonecrest.

Amazon will most likely want growth potential.

Unfortunately, that doesn't look good for any city in Wyoming. WalletHub recently put out a list of the "Fastest-Growing Cities" and cities in the Cowboy State were nowhere to be found. They looked at key factors like population growth, employment rate decrease, even growth in regional GDP per capita. They measured these factors over a period of seven years.

Frisco, Texas came in first with Kent, Washington, Lehigh Acres, Florida, Meridian, Idaho, and Midland, Texas rounding out the top five.
