Want to spice up your Cinco De Mayo celebration? Pine Bluffs Distilling recently debuted a new line of flavor-infused vodkas, including strawberry jalapeno, pineapple jalapeno, and mango jalapeno.

Laramie County's first licensed distillery, which opened last year, was the brainchild of home-brewer Chad Brown and his cousin Gene Purdy. Using malt grown on their family farm, they produce vodka and whiskey onsite. The farm-to-bottle operation is overseen by head distiller Erica Unruh, who learned the craft at the Moonshine University in Kentucky.

In honor of Cinco De Mayo, the tasting room will host a Cupcake and Cocktails event, pairing their spicy new libations with Strawberry Margarita cupcakes from Rachel Anne's Cupcakery. The distillery will also be celebrating Big Brew Day on Saturday, welcoming delegates from the American Homebrewers Association and High Plains Drafters.
