You may have noticed less pain at the pump with Wyoming gasoline prices dropping 2.2 cents a gallon over the last week to average $1.91 for regular. That drop is a little more than the national average drop of 1.8 cents a gallon to $1.97.

Of course Wyoming is feeling the pinch with a lot of families affected by the drop in crude prices.

Oil is at it's lowest price in 12 years, with the price now set at $31 per barrel, it's probably more expensive to buy a gallon of milk than oil right now, however The Wall Street Journal says that it could mean bankruptcy for 1 in 3 oil and gas producers in America next year.

So even though it might feel good at the gas pump, it's causing havoc on our economy. Three major investment banks are saying that oil could get into the 20's, which might be great if you're driving but it's really taking its toll on workers, families, cities and towns who are dependent on the oil business.

This is being called the worst bust since 1986, partly because China is slowing down it’s consumption while America is still pumping quite a bit of oil that is decreasing in value.

Let’s hope things stabilize soon.
