Doug Randall reports that the Wyoming Livestock Board has relaxed its requirement for horses entering the state, saying the risk of non-resident horses exposed to Equine Herpes Virus and entering the state has receded.  State and Federal damage assessment teams are touring counties across Wyoming, even as flooding and the threat of flooding continues across the state.
