Hannah Kunkle is a youtube adventurer seeking global hotspots around. She describes Jackson Hole as a dream. She is right; Jackson Hole us a dream, but there are also other great spots in the state.

While some choose to hide from winter, others take it on with a big smile. With less than a month until spring, now is a good time to get out and enjoy the side of wilderness reserved for adventurers, downhill skiing. Whether you want to take on the 4,000 feet between the top of the world and the valley floor at Jackson Hole or the fresh snow of a couple days ago at Snowy Range that left a 55 inch base upper and lower.

Jackson Hole has 124 of their 133 runs open with the best skiing on the upper part of the mountain. Hogadon has all 27 runs open with a chance to get a tan as temperatures reach about 40 today, and warmer weather moving in as we get into the weekend.

While some prefer to stay clear of lift lines, most of the resorts offer Cross Country Skiing. Happy Jack Trails / Pole Mountain is one place where your money goes farther with just a $5 USFS fee per vehicle. Snowshoeing and snowmobiling is also available.

There are so many ways to enjoy Wyoming in winter. Try sledding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, tubing, ice skating, or ice fishing.

And just a suggestion here, but a good way to wrap up the day is either some drinks with your friends or, a hot tub. You live in one of the most beautiful places in the world, enjoy it!
