If you have $900,000 lying around, you can own of Wyoming's most historic and haunted buildings, the Ferris Mansion in Rawlins.

The iconic bed and breakfast, which was placed on the National Historic Register in 1982, was built from 1899 to 1903 and is considered among the most architecturally significant structures in the state.

The mansion is also allegedly haunted by the ghosts of George Ferris, who died during its construction in 1899, his wife Julia, and their son Cecil. Guests at the mansion have reported strange noises and unexplained electrical outages. MSN recently named it the "Best Legitimately Haunted House" in Wyoming.

Julia Ferris lived in the mansion until her death in 1931. It was later converted into apartment buildings and fell into disrepair for decades. In 1978, David and Janice Lubbers purchased the building and began an extensive renovation. Several owners later, the building operated as a bed and breakfast from 2010 until it hit the market last year.
