The Laramie County Liquor Association's Wyoming Safe Ride program is hosting a benefit lunch on Friday, June 10.

Proceeds go back to the Safe Ride program designed to prevent DUIs and make our streets drunk-driver free. They provide free rides home for patrons who feel they cannot safely drive home after an evening of fun. Since the program started, DUIs in Cheyenne are down 33 percent.

The benefit lunch is at Jackson's (1121 Old Town Ln) in Cheyenne Friday, June 10 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Tickets for the lunch are $10 and the menu includes brisket, potato, salad, corn, and a roll.
