On May 26, Yes will release Progeny: Seven Shows From Seventy-Two, a 14-disc box set comprised of recently discovered complete concerts from their 1972 world tour. Ultimate Classic Rock is pleased to present the exclusive premiere of "Roundabout," which you can listen to below.

Progeny captures seven dates in the middle of Yes' tour in support of Close to the Edge, beginning with their stop at the Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto on Oct. 31, 1972 -- from which this version of "Roundabout" is taken -- and ending with their show at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, N.Y., three weeks later. Later on in the tour, the band recorded the shows that resulted in the triple-LP Yessongs.

The tour marked the debut of drummer Alan White, who replaced Bill Bruford after the recording of Close to the Edge. The rest of the lineup consists of  Jon Anderson (vocals), Steve Howe (guitar), Chris Squire (bass) and Rick Wakeman (keyboards).

A two-disc compilation, Progeny: Highlights From Seventy-Two, will also be available, and brings together the best performances from the seven concerts and is sequenced to reflect a typical set list from those dates. The songs stem from Close to the Edge and the two albums that preceded it, Fragile and The Yes Album, with Wakeman given a spot to perform excerpts from his The Six Wives of Henry VIII solo album.

The collection is housed in a cigarette-style flip top box, with new artwork by Roger Dean and a booklet. You can now pre-purchase Progeny, both the full set and the highlights discs.
