YMCA Indoor Park Free Friday Mornings 9 to 11

Wondering how to get your preschoolers some exercise when the weather's not so great?

The Cheyenne Family YMCA, 1426 East Lincolnway, has their free indoor park each Friday morning from 9 to 11.

Parents of children 5 and younger can connect with their kids and other parents while the youngsters burn off some of that pent-up energy with activities and things to play with inside the YMCA gymnasium.
