I got a call from my wonderful friend Dianne from Underwood Flowers and Gifts in Cheyenne, who's husband is involved with the Cheyenne Shriners Club.  When I asked her what they were up to, she told me about how we can help the Cheyenne Shriners Club help families, and all you have to do is pop open a can!

The Shriners Club is a wonderful organization who helps children with orthopedic, burn, spinal cord injury and cleft lip and palate issues, and gives care to these children under the age of 18.  There are several Shriners Hospitals who care for these children around the world, the closest one to Cheyenne is in Salt  Lake City,Utah.  So how can we help our Cheyenne Shriners?  Drink soda! (Or beer!)

The next time you pop open your favorite can of beer or pop, be sure and save those tabs from those cans, and take them to the Cheyenne Shriners at 224 East Iowa Street, (on Iowa and Yellowstone Road) and those tab donations can be used by the Shriners to trade in for travel expenses for families who need to see their children at Shriners Hospital!  A simple thing for us to do, to help Cheyenne Shriners Club help these families!
