1 Dead After Wheel Apparently Comes Off Motorcycle Near Sheridan

A woman was killed and her husband injured after the motorcycle they were riding suffered an equipment failure near Sheridan Wednesday morning.

Debra Fulton died following the accident and her husband was taken to the hospital after the 11:48 a.m. wreck in the westbound lane of Interstate 90 near mile marker 27.

Wyoming Highway Patrol Captain Jason Green said the incident is still under investigation but it appears that the rear wheel came off the motorcycle before the crash.

Green declined to release any information on Barry Fulton's condition.

The couple was traveling from Tennesee.
