Merry Piglets in Jackson is an institution. Family-owned for nearly 50 years, their house specialty is the Big Pig. Served in a 64 oz. bowl, it's so big, you have to share it with a friend and they'll cut you off after two.
In nearby Teton Village, the Spur Restaurant is famous for their Spicy Margarita, which is made with Jalepeno-infused tequila.
No list of Wyoming's best margaritas is complete without Los Agaves in Sheridan. Their Cadillac Margarita comes in your choice of colors, Cuervo Gold or Patron Silver. You may need to hand over the keys to the Caddy after a few of these.
