With obesity running wild in America, we have come to realize that we need to get it together on our diets. And with genetically modified foods being banned in some countries and people all over the world showing major concern over the food giants who control our health and nutrition through their drive for the almighty dollar, We need a change.

I prefer to know where my food comes from and I like the idea of keeping the financial health of our region a priority.

Two words: Farmers Market.

Problem solved.

Tuesday Farmers Market today (Tuesday, August 4^th) 3 – 6 p.m. on the west end of The Frontier Mall parking lot,1400 Del Range Blvd.Cheyenne. Keep your eyes open for some of those Palisades Peaches out of Colorado, they are delicious but only available for a short time. Would eat them every day if possible.
