Wyoming Supreme Court: More Information In Teen Sentencing Case [AUDIO]
Doug Randall reports that the Wyoming Supreme court has ordered a lawyer representing a Sheridan teenager serving a life sentence in a 2009 home invasion killing, to present information about how a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision could affect the teen’s sentence. Man Rescued In Grand Teton National Park [AUDIO]
A new federal report says a flight instructor had warned a Minnesota man of the dangers of flying his single-engined airplane over the mountains of northwestern Wyoming just weeks before the 2010 crash that killed the pilot and his three sons.Doug Randall reports. Mead to EPA State Should Have Primacy in Regulating Haze
Governor Matt Mead told the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that Wyoming should have primacy in regulating regional haze. In a letter commenting on the EPA’s disapproval of part of Wyoming’s State Implementation Plan (SIP), Governor Mead said that the federal plan would be more costly and without any apparent benefit over the state plan.

Senators Introduce Bill To Restore AML Money
A bipartisan group of U.S. senators introduced legislation this week that would restore the money owed to coal producing states from the Abandoned Mine Land (AML) Trust Fund. In June, the House and Senate passed a two-year transportation bill which included a provision that raided trust funds used for reclaiming abandoned mine lands.
