Between having a wonderful wife and three daughters under three years old and working at 101-9 KING-FM, Gundy has more to talk about in the morning than he can usually find time for.

Gundy loves the outdoors, which is why he says he'll never leave the great West. In the winter it's snowboarding or snow shoeing, or if nothing else a family drive. In the summer, he seldom passes a chance to camp or hike. He really enjoys the Vedauwoo and Snowy Range areas. When his mind isn't occupied on those things, he misbehaves like most people; but in his case it's attempting stand-up comedy at open mic nights along the Front Range.
