Football season is here, and the Cheyenne Central Indians are gearing up for a much better campaign in 2017.

Last season, the Indians finished 2-7 and missed out on a playoff spot. Coach Drew Severn and his staff think that will change in the upcoming season. The Indians kick off their year August 25 for a zero week contest, in what will be the first ever game at Gillette's new Thunder Basin High School.

September 22 - Vs. Laramie

September 25 - @ Kelly Walsh

October 6 - @ Cheyenne East
