The Cheyenne Central boys basketball team was ranked 3rd in our WyoPreps poll last week and started the weekend with a road loss to top-ranked Sheridan 55-46. But Central rebounded nicely from that loss with a 64-49 win over Kelly Walsh in Casper to get to 10-2 on the year. This is a team that has multiple offensive weapons starting with University of Colorado signee Lawson Lovering. The seven-footer had 17 points in that Kelly Walsh game and, needless to say, he is very tough to defend. Brady Storebo had an excellent game for the Tribe with a game-high 23 points with Nathaniel Talich throwing in a dozen.

It's been a tough year for Kelly Walsh as they sit at 2-10 on the year, but they play hard and, coach Randy Roden traditionally gets the most of his team. Gunnar Browning led the way for the Trojans with 15 while Caden Allaire had 8.

Here are some of the video highlights from Saturday afternoon's contest. Enjoy!!
