Cheyenne Police Bust Furry Ham Thief Near Library

The Cheyenne Police Department says it picked up a furry ham thief near the Laramie County Library on Friday.

Police posted the following statement about the conniving canine on their Facebook page:

''SAFETY TIP: When you leave your doors open, you never know who might just come in and help themselves to your stuff!! In this case, the suspect (seen here already in custody) was on the loose near the Library, jumped in one of our trucks and managed to help himself to some ham and a couple of crackers. If you know who this furry fella (not the gray one) is, come claim him at the Shelter where he is warm and safe."
