Enviromentalists Mobilize To Mitigate Energy Development Impacts [AUDIO]
U.S. Representative Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) successfully defended key language in the 2012 Department of Interior and Environment Appropriations Bill which would immediately transfer the control of wolves to the State of Wyoming, once a deal with the federal government is reached. As federal land managers consider more energy development on public lands, environmental groups are trying to mobilize residents to push for measures to reduce the impacts.
