Governor Mead Establishes Impaired Driving Council [AUDIO]

Governor Matt Mead signed an executive order today (9/16) establishing his council on impaired driving, a decade after eight University of Wyoming  student athletes were killed by a drunk driver. A new monthly survey of bankers suggests the economy in rural midwest and plains states continues to slow, but the region is being helped by strong farm income. Doug Randall has the details.
