I hope you have your running shoes on, you’ll need them if you’re going to soak in as much fun as Cheyenne has to offer this weekend and upcoming week, here in Southeast Wyoming. If you thought June shot out like a canon, you’re right, and there is no slowing down. This week, we’ll be filled with even more live music, the annual Celtic festival, rodeos and more.

Don’t wear yourself down too much this weekend, there are some great musicians coming into town this week as well, supporting live shows in town is a great way to make sure that keeps happening.

Fridays On The Plaza

Fridays on the Plaza is back, and can’t you see, this is a great line up. Marshall Tucker Band will be performing on the Downtown Depot Plaza tonight starting around 6. The beer tent will be in tow, along with food trucks and more. Your Friday is set.

Hell On Wheels

The Hell On Wheels Rodeo and Chuck Wagon Dinner is back at the Laramie County Fair Grounds this weekend for their summer long residency. Get out and have a good time this weekend with some great rodeo action and food.

Cheyenne Celtic Festival

One of my favorite events of the summer(there are so many here) is the Cheyenne Celtic Festival. My personal favorite event has always been the strongman portions(which, I mean they all are, really) where you see people lifting things that makes my own back go out watching.

Burns Day

Our friends in Burns are having themselves a day. And it always seems like a good time. It really has grown over the years, so there are plenty of fun things to check out Saturday.

Pride Cheyenne Street Fest

The annual Pride Cheyenne Street Fest will kick off Saturday at noon with live music, food trucks, a puppy pageant and more.

Sherman Hill Train Show

Wednesday you can check out southern rockers, Blackberry Smoke with the show kicking off at 6pm.
